1. Medical Emergencies: Emedix Health is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 or visit your nearest emergency department immediately.

3. Communication with NHS GP: Patients are responsible for informing their NHS GP of any treatments, prescriptions, or medical advice provided by Emedix Health to ensure continuity of care.

4. Appointment Refunds: All appointments booked and paid for are non-refundable. We recommend rescheduling in advance if necessary.

5. Appointment Reminders: We will make two attempts to call you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If you do not answer, the appointment will be considered a "no show," and fees will not be refunded. A new appointment will need to be booked and paid for.

6. Age Requirement: All patients using Emedix Health services must be 18 years of age or older.

7. NHS Number and AccuRx Record View: Patients must provide their NHS number during booking and ensure their accessibility via AccuRx Record View with their NHS GP practice before booking our services. This is essential for accessing medical records.

8. Complaints Procedure: We value your feedback. If you have any complaints or concerns, please email us at complaints@emedix.co.uk. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and professionally.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK), and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom (UK).
